MELOXICAM,PARACETAMOL AND SERRATIOPEPTIDASE BOLUS

COMPOSITION :

Each uncoated bolus contains :

Meloxicam              IP  100 mg

Paracetamol            IP 1800 mg

Serratiopeptidase   IP 50 mg

Indications :

• It is useful in Fever and other pyrexia conditions, Myositis,
  Musculoskeletal disorder, prolapse of Uterus, Lameness,
  Mastitis and Pnumonia.
• A potent inhibitor of prostaglandin synthesis, meloxicam is
  used for the treatment of acute and chronic inflammation
  associated with musculoskeletal disease, and for the
  management of post operative pain.
• Meloxicam is highly protein bound (97%) and has a relatively
  long elimination half life (12 + hr.) GI safety appears to be
  greater for meloxicam than for nonspecific NSAID.
• Inflammatory diseases of the movement apparatus, painful
  injuries Ex : Trauma, fractures, distortions, fever, post
  operative swelling, adjunct antibiotics in several infections to
  reduce high fever.
• Serratiopeptidase has controlled effect and constant rate of
  absorption for desired period oftime and maintains of degree
  of bioavailability. Used in the treatment of arthritis
  Rheumatism and multiple sclerosis.
